Welcome to PseudoServ Hosting.I am Alex and I am the owner and manager of PseudoServ Hosting. This site is for if you are interested in hiring us to host your web server or game server.We also now offer paid server support if you want us to help you set up your own server for a one off fee. More about this below.We have a range of experience with game servers, but we also have experience in other servers such as mail servers and websites as well as web apps.We are happy to create either game or alternative servers per request.
Where are we based?
We are based in the UK but currently offer servers located in the following regions:
Germany
United States
Singapore
FinlandMost servers do not need to be in the country they are accessed from, only nearby. So do not worry if your country is not available, one of those locations will likely work for you. If you are worried about it, let our technicians know and we can check to make sure your ping won't be a problem.
What do we offer?
We offer a range of different servers, but if you have something specific in mind just get in contact with us to ask. Our technicians specialise in Linux based servers, primarily using Ubuntu and Debian. Anything requiring a windows server will not be possible.Servers we have made:

We now offer a paid server support where we help you to set up your own server with just the help of our technicians for a one off fee. This fee depends on the complexity, but more on pricing below. You ask us for help setting up a server. This can be in home, or a VPS somewhere else (or you can ask for advice) and we will assist with you getting it set up with everything you need and answering any questions that you have. This will be done for a low fee, and a one time fee.This is a seperate service where we help you set up your own VPS or home server. We are not responsible for any damages or security issues for a server we do not internally manage.If we cannot help you with setting up a server you will not be charged.
What's our pricing?

When getting in contact with us in the form at the bottom of the page, please mention the nature of the server you wish to be created, what kinds of mods/modpacks you want (if any) on said server. How many players you expect and if its public or private. This will allow us to appropriately draft a price for the server you want us to create. These servers may have setup fees and will have a monthly payment scheme that you can pay to keep the server up after the setup.Our pricing will always be Fair and Competitive.The way we calculate our pricing is in a few steps.First we calculate a setup fee for the servers initial setup. This is due to the time it takes to create the initial server and test that it is all up and running as it should. This setup fee usually includes 1 day of server time, just to make sure you can join and use your server.Some servers do not require a setup fee.Next we calculate your monthly cost of the server. This is done by assessing the overall price of renting the hardware as well as the manual upkeep and updating managed by the technicians.All pricing will be semi-negotiable but we will never make a server that has a chance to make us lose money.Server Support
Pricing depends on the scale of the job, it will not be expensive and will depend on how much time and effort is needed to help assist you with your task. Small questions and tasks may be free of charge and payment is only taken after any help is given. There will be a suggested tip but any amount you feel appropriate value to the time and knowledge given.
How do you get in contact?
Join our Discord Server or you can fill out the form with your name and email. Then in the message please write your discord username, what server you would like, and any other relevant information such as player count (for game servers) and any other features you wish your server to have.Please make sure that the server you want us to make is something that exists and doesn't require programming from the ground up. With server support you may get better response times in the discord server.After submitting the form, one of our server technicians will get in contact with you via message on Discord. Or via email if you do not include it in the form.After we get in contact with you, we will go over any setup costs if there are any and then whether we want to continue with the server process. After that you will be given a way to pay, and told a date that the payment must be paid by, and then your server will be made and you will be informed of any relevant details.Thanks for considering us as your next hosting/support option :)
